Refund policy

We have a 5 day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
Your order will be exchanged and replacement will delivered within 5-7 days

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically credited on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@theriqo.in.

At Theriqo, we want you to love your hydration gear. If there's any manufacturing defect, we're here to help.

  • 5-Day Replacement/Return: We offer a 5-day return policy from the date of delivery. It usually takes 5-7 days to deliver the replacement once we receive the product back. We are not providing an exchange.

  • Conditions for Return: To be eligible, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Damages & Transit Issues: Since products can occasionally get dented during shipping, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video. If the product is damaged, email us at support@theriqo.in  with the video within 24 hours of delivery for an immediate replacement.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method (UPI, Card, etc.) within 5–7 business days. Refund will be processed and credited.

  • Return Shipping: We offer free return pickups for manufacturing defects. For "change of mind" returns, a nominal shipping fee may apply.
